(#*@($* MSI 815e PRO

I have here a MSI 815e PRO. With a p3 700 cbo on it.
And I have one major problem.
No matter what I do I cannot get the machine to boot with the FSB jumpers off to run it at 133mhz default.
Ive pushed the voltage up to 1.85v, but ive heard that the board wont let you push it that far.
But no matter, I cant get it to post and the most promising readings ive had yet are that fact that the last boot, the LEDs on the board say that its locked at initalizing the floppy disk controller.
So anyone else having this problem??
Any input is greatly appreciated.

Hi Sammy Son,
Take a look at my comments on the other postings regarding this board.
MSI just released a new bios version and admitted to having voltage control problems

Bios ver 1.2 does not permit voltage above 1.85v.Not all P3P 700 cBO stepping will boot at 133fsb....mine's a SL45Y Philippine and it only goes up to 840mhz.But a Cel600 SL4NX will go up to 112fsb on my 815EPro.Is your P3 700 a Malay or Philippine?...that can make a difference.
