This is not a problem when the FSB is 120 MHz or less but whenever its 124 or higher, the motherboard sometimes post saying only 1 cpu. The vcore is just at the default voltage. Very stable at 120 MHz. It can even boot at 133MHz but will only show 1 cpu detected.

If I increase the vcore of cpu2, do you think it might solve the problem? I'm using thermaltake golden orb as coolers for these cpus.

How much voltage increase should I try? There's no AC, just room temp, so the cpu will run hot. AT 120Mhz, motherboard reports 96 & 98 degrees.

I'd crank the voltage up slowly, 1 setting/increment at a time...
