MSI 6800GT or MSI 7800GT

I am getting the MSI 6800GT PCIe Card from $300 from Zip Zoom Fly:

and I am getting the MSI 7800GT PCIe Card for $348 (after the Mail In Rebate).....


is the 7800GT worth the extra $50 ??

And those cards cost $100 more then the 6800GT i dont see how anyone could say no!
