I've been having this new problem with my MSI 6600 GT card. After 3 months of working just fine and dandy, I now get this message when i boot up my comp:

I don't know what could cause it, since I haven't touched anything related to my hardware/drivers/etc for a long time. just been using the computer for web access and for work. no games at all. not overclocked either.
here are my specs:
AMD 64 3000+
1gb Corsair Value
DFI nf4 ultra
OCZ Powerstream 420w
maxtor 300gb 16mb cache
dvd burner
cd-rw
1 ibm 40gb hd
windows XP
Is there any certainty as to wether it's a hardware issue, power issue, or just a software/windows problem? I really hope it's not my vid card going crazy. And yes I did verify the power connectors.
