MSI 655 Max-LS Bios problem?

I just put together my system and for some reason when it boots the screen says something like "Bios not installed." Sometimes, the system will turn on, but nothing appears on the screen, and I have to cut the computer off and try again. Can anyone please tell me what the problem may be.
 
Sounds like an RMA to me, especially if you haven't even gotten in far enough to mess up the memory timings. Good luck.
