MSI 6337 Dual Memory Module Problems- PROBLEM RESOLVED !!

I have just tried inserting 2 identical memory modules (2 of 128MB PC133 - Micron on 3rd) in my board and get nothing but problems. Either one alone works fantastic. I can overclock to about 145Mhz w/either one alone but I can't use them together.
Is anyone using this board w/2 dimms and if so what are your memory types and which slots are you using?

I'm running a MSI 6337 with two Crucial (Micron) 128MB DIMMS at 144 2/2/2 without any troubles. They're in DIMM slots 1&2. Good luck.
 
Just got off the phone with MSI and they said that they've tried it with all sorts of memory so now I'll have to try my second system with this board to see if it is a board problem.

Anyone else?
 
Turns out it's my MOBO. I tried it on another system of mine that uses the 6337 and no problem. Oh well, time for a new one.
