msconfig w/ win2k?

i liked to use the 'msconfig' utility under win98 to select what i wanted to startup and not startup. however, since i've moved on to win2k, i found out this command was no longer available. is there another utility i can use under win2k? i am trying to get rid of winamp's auto startup.

You can copy and paste msconfig into w2k. It won't work entirely(no autoexec, configsys...) but it will work for the start up items that you want to edit.

What happened to the link for StartupCPL? In any event that utility rocks! Thanks to who ever posted it.
