Can anyone tell me how to manage the Startup for Windows 2000. I used to have Win 98 and I used msconfig. I want to disable all the crap that goes in my system tray and stop my resources from falling.

you can use the msconfig from winxp or you can use startup CPL. use google to lookup startup cpl
