mSATA to USB or eSATA?

This is the nerd in me coming out, but I am contemplating several models of 'fatty' ultrabooks to replace the dinosaur. If the laptop would have only one mSATA and one SATA connector for storage, and I were to replace the 128Gb mSATA with a 256Gb, is there a cable from mSATA to USB2.0/3.0 or eSATA available somewhere for sale? I would hate to have an SSD just gathering dust around the house.

And looking just a bit further there is a USB 2.0 cable, bus powered. The USB 3.0 is 30 bucks, which should be lower with further shopping.

There's a mini-sata and a msata? Ugh, I'll need to dig deeper into this. I'm looking at stuff like the new Gigabyte u2442N, since there is no way to get it without the 128Gb mSATA.

Your ssd is msata or mini sata, this instead is a micro sata female connector:

The solution that I'm studying is: this + this + an OCZ mSATA Nocti Series, but still do not know if it will work...
Other alternative could be this , but it's not available in my country.

It looks like both solutions would work, the first for around $30 and the second for $40, before shipping. We are talking USB3.0 here, so that explains the higher cost a bit. The second option from the chinese store looks like the Taiwanese shop that sells all those eGPU solutions via expresscard. At least we know they are probably legit.

And just looking around, holy crap, there's an Expresscard to thunderbolt adapter in there:

It's $180 including an extra cable, driverless, doesn't need external power, but bandwidth is just 5Gb/s.

In the great confusion of the form factor SATA I can just add to make attention that often indicate equal the mini and slim sata that is for devices similar to the internal ODD slim... but where is the truth?

eSATA is same speed as your internal hard drive . 100mbps

USB would give 30mbps

mSATA is mobile sata.
