MS Word not retaining setting

Have another user in the office who is printing envelopes, and needs the To: address offset 2" to the left. She will set it to 2" under Envelope Options and print that okay, but when she goes to do it again, it reverts back to Auto and the address shows up in the normal place. It does this for Size 10 and for Custom Size. Anyone know a way to have the setting stay at 2" to the left? This is Office XP.
