Not a MS word expert here, and I've been messing with the formatting all morning. It looks great on word, but once it's uploaded to career site it looks like crap.

Mostly indented problems, like "Loyola marymount" and those bullet points should be indented at the same starting point as Master of business Admin or Tax associate II. Also I want the dates to appear at the end of the line, it didn't work the way I want it to.

Guess it has something to do with spacing and stuff. Please any help would be appreciated.

Can you upload .pdf's to the career site? If you can, I think pdf files are better at formatting.

No, really need to fix the formatting. Tons of sites don't accept PDF. Maybe I should pick up a Word 2007 tutorial book.

How about saving your file in Word 97-2003 for RTF format instead of Word 2007? Might be worth experimenting with different formats.

Some of the formatting with a .docx extension is not acceptable in many sites, as they might not be updated with office 2007 architecture, they may lead to some distortions in formatting. Try with .doc itseltf.
