Word puts the green squiggle under "of" and suggests that it be changed to "OF", then after the change it suggests it be changed back to "of".

here is the test sentence:

With my goals in mind, the University of Michigan I.O.E Department is an ideal place for me to continue my education.

I have office XP btw.

I wonder how many situations this happens in, i give the whole sentence because it seems if i just give a phrase of it, this problem no longer happens.

Same here except it's between "Of" and "of"

The option you want?

"Ignore once"
