MS Word adding spaces between random words

I think word is inserting random spaces between words when printing out a letter that is justified... either that or it's the printer. Anyway there will be words like 'the' and it prints out 't he'. It's only once every few words and it only happens on one printer (we have two, our Xerox prints out everything perfectly). Is there a work around to this? I heard if you retype the word it comes out fine, but honestly, there's no way I want to proofread every thing I print and retype it.

Do you have it set to ?full justify? rather than ?right justify??
