Trying to go to my site, I get a message saying it was deactivated due to lack of "resources". I went into the dixiesys helpdesk and I get the following after I open a ticket -- they want me to shell out $20:
"Your site was disabled due to a cease and decist order from Microsoft.
[10:56] <Gary> tell him what the problem is, $20 reinstatement fee and he has to understand he can't DO that kinda stuff and keep a site online
[10:57] <Gary> of course the thread in question and any others that might be a problem (he should know of any others) will have to be deleted right away when the site goes back online
Reinstatement can be paid to sales@dixiesys.com via Paypal.

I posted a link on how to change your CD-key for XP back when SP2 required it, and look at the trouble it got me into.
Watch out for big brother.
