MS SQL Server 7 (or newest) trial?

I was able to go to microsoft.com and order a trial version of MS Win2k Advanced server. Does anybody know where I can find a trial version of MS SQL Server? If I have MS SQL Server, do I still need an interface to design the databases??

It comes with client utilities and Enterprise Manager that allows you to create databases, tables, etc.
