Here is my issue.

My server has dual nics with the following IP addresses.

x.x.x.50
x.x.x.51

However, no matter what, when I install the DHCP component it always sets the server to x.x.x.51. The main DHCP server IP is supposed to be the .50 IP

Does anyone have any ideas?

First off why does it matter if both of the interfaces are on the same network segment?

DHCP happens at a lower level in the network stack so I'm assuming you're just doing an ipconfig /all on the clients and noticing that it's showing the DHCP server address as the .51; if that is the case this is really a non-issue.

Need more information to try and follow what your doing, but as a quick work-around you should be able to go into the network cards settings and swap their IP's (e.g. make the .50 card now .51 and vice-versa)

I am not doing an ipconfig all and seeing that it is a x.x.x.51 address. I am looking at the DHCP MMC on the server and it shows the DHCP server being .51.

Oh, your seeing the scope display name. To verify which IP's are being listed on bring up properties/advanced/bindings and then select which NIC's to respond on.
