MS Outlook XP rules question

Hey guys... I set my Outlook express to delete all emails from addresses with .kr, .ru, etc in them..however, the rule doesn't run when I go to my inbox. It only runs when I click "RUN NOW" in the rules wizard. How can I set this up so it does it when I first launch outlook, and it goes into my Inbox? Is this possible?

When to apply the rule should be a choice made when you setup the rule. Go into rules setup, choose that rule and hit modify and you should be able to adjust it. Or delete the rule and create it again and check all the available options.
