i'm running XP and for work's need i need to receive emails from chinese clients, it'll read the chinese characters in the main message, however it'll display "?" marks for senders thats in chinese and subject if it was in chinese too. even in my contacts, all the informations that's in chinese will not display and give me some weird simbols.. could anyone please be kindly and help me result this issue. Thank you
 
go to Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel and go to the Languages tab. check the "Install files for East Asian Languages" checkbox and click Apply. you'll probably be prompted for an XP CD.
 
thanx for the reply oog, however i've already install all the asian language from "reginal and language option" donno why its still not working.. =(
 
Just guessing here...

Start > Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools > Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings...?
