MS Office 2003 Excel Q

Was wondering if this was possible in any form...

Ok, I have cells that are linked to formulas within other work books. I have all of these in a folder on the server, but is there anyway to make it so this folder is read only? I ask because if someone renames a workbook or moves or deletes it, then it will throw all my formulas off. I have each workbook protected so that nobody can change anything within the spreadsheet, but was wondering if I can do more then just that.

Thanks

this isn't really an excel question, it's a networking question.

I would just make the drive hidden
