For those of you who aren't finding the keyboard/mice at the prices I posted, check them again on Monday. Some stores just take longer to mark down.

ubud, the verbatims are still 7.xx in my area.

I didn't really pay attention to them but I don't think it was a 50pk. Looked more like 20 or 25 to me (judging by the size of the package) but I could be wrong. :p

My Optical blue mouse is one of my favorite fitting mice for my hands, but it is pretty bad right now. When I play games, I have to constantly move around that means I will eventually run out of mousepad room or maybe run into an object with my mouse so I have to pick it up to recenter it. But sometimes the force of the mouse hitting the mousepad/table will make some of the buttons go down. I believe it is only my mouse that is defective, but I am not sure. I would pay $10 for one of those, b/c I really need another one.

MS desktop optical is $52.99 at Placentia, CA target

I remember eating there as a small, small child.

Wow. You must've been really poor if you had to go to Target to eat. ;)

thats gourmet compared to when i used to eat at Kmart...icee and corn dog (had to split it three ways)

I remember eating there too Iwearnosox....my Mom fed me through a tube.

Then there was a lot of commotion and somebody turned on the lights.... :D
Well, at least somebody else got the joke. :p

None of the MS KB & Mouse at 75% off. Last time I saw them they were at 50% off. Must have been marked down last week. :disgust:

Why don't you call MS and get it replaced for free? Your mouse would still have to be under warranty because they didn't come out that long ago. If I were you I'd give them a call at 800-360-7561. They'll tell you what you need to do to get a replacement.

Anyone with the Wireless Blue Optical Mouse - can you get your computers to enter Standy/Suspend mode for more than maybe 30 seconds? I cannot for the life of me get it to. Well I can but after about 10-30 seconds, the computer "wakes up". The second time I put it in Suspend, it maybe stays that way for a minute before waking up. I'm guessing it has something to do with the wireless thing, I'm not entirely sure though. Anyone else have the same problem?

Do you have the receiver in a good location and far enough away? Also, check to make sure the mouse isn't "jittering". If you've got it on an "optical" mousepad, try a regular one. Some of those pads are not good for the Microsoft optical mice, as Microsoft engineered them to work perfectly on a regular pad, and the special patterns on the "optical" pads sometimes confuse the mice.

To cut to the chase, it sounds like your computer believes the mouse is moving, when it isn't. I have no trouble with mine. The receiver is in a window, about 3ft up and 2ft away from the mouse. Works perfectly. Using a regular, grey old mouse pad.

That baby Target also had several GE Optical mice for under $7 that look alot like the explorer mice. Also had some SM card reader/writers with USB extension cable for under $5

But I'm still looking for some of the notebook size optical mice.

Just picked up the GE wireless desktop for $9.88. Normally $40 and was tagged as clearance for $27.98. Nice surprise at the checkout.

This was the last one at the Stillwater target.

Hope it's pretty decent.
