MS Intellimouse Optical - LH or RH?

I'm right handed, but my MS Intellimouse Optical feels a lot more comfortable when I use it with my left hand. Is it just me or does anyone else notice this?

btw - I saw some sort of new MS Intellimouse optical (Almost the same shape, but silver). Anyone know anything about this one?

Interesting point. I have never really heard of anyone having your problem because by now I would think that most people have had no choice but to use a RH mouse. The mice of the past only came in one flavor, RH. Anyways, 2 things that I would look into considering. Wherever you go, the mice will be RH and you might have to use them that way, of course you can go and flip the mouse to the other side in the computer labs and such but that's a consideration. The main point that you are getting at is comfort, if you feel more comfortable with LH mice then go for it, just take into account my first point.

You're not imagining things. The Intellimouse Optical is ambidextrous, and you can go into "mouse properties" and change the button assignments if you wish.

Is the silver one you speak of the "Intellimouse Explorer," or something completely new? BTW, the Explorer is not shaped for ambidextrous use, and it's a bit larger.
