MS IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0...Warranty???

Just bought an MS Explorer 3.0 to replace my aging Logitech Optical. The buttons are a little "soft", but I'll get used to. In every other aspect it is a better mouse. More comfortable, much smoother, etc. However, I couldn't find anything about a warranty anywhere on the box or manual. I thought MS had good warranties on their mice? Does anyone know if there is one on this mouse? or not?
 
Go to the MS support website, describe your detailed problem, and then they will send you a new mouse. Otherwise, do a search for intellimouse and you will find a phone number to call.
 
I don't have a problem. I just noticed that some people have mentioned the MS intellimouse explorer lifetime warranty, so when I didnt see anything mentioning it I got worried...
