MS Hardware replacement ROCKS!

SO I spilled liquid on my MS Office Keyboard and fried it. MS wouldn't warrenty it BUT the did agree to send me a new one for $20.

SO I get home tonight and The box is there a brand new MS Office Keyboard WITH a WIRELESS OPTICAL MOUSE:Q

A FREE WIRELESS OPTICAL MOUSE.

FREE:Q

Now I don't need to buy a new mouse for my son's compouter for Christmas:D

I spilled water on mine too, er.. i mean the Z key stopped working all of a sudden!
warrantied stuff:
2x explorer mice
2x natural elite keyboard
1x intellimouse w/ intellieye

IBM SUCKS.

You mean IBM HD warranties suck (which is now owned by hitachi anyways), I hear they don't even do advanced RMA's anymore. Last IBM HD i had was a 15GB 75GXP that I sold pretty quick. IBM warranties for hardware like their thinkpads are great.

They replaced the keyboard when this dumb girl in my dorm dropped something and made the A key pop off. I'm also going to have the LCD screen replaced because of weird white spots caused by the plastic arches behind the screen.

I may be in the minority here but from my experiences in my opinion MS has some of the best CS out there
