This is getting very annoying!!!

When im browsing the net or playing a game my mouse's light on the back suddenly turns off and my mouse is non functional and my screen freezes!!!

I bought this mouse right when it came out but it has only been happening for about 3-4 months since today

it crashes about every15-30min

also i have had it in both PS2 and USB both they both crash

Can anyone help me?
