MS Excel question.....help!!!!

I recently opened a excel file that my co-worker emailed me and when I use the arrow buttons to try to navigate from cell to cell, it actually pages to thr right, left,etc....(before, i would be able to use my arrow buttons to navigate through each individual cell......)

I'm assuming that this was my co-worker's settings for that one particular file.....but now when I open my own spreadsheets, his "settings" are still taking effect on my spreadsheets.

Does anyone know how to disable that setting so when I use the arrow buttons, I would be able to navigate up, down, left, right, through each cell????
