Look on the Microsoft website.

Its a good deal even if it was just the Encyclopedia.

Website says its a $30 manufacturers rebate, NOT a Sam's club rebate and that it cannot be combined with any other rebate. If this is true then is really $19 after rebate.

Chanfo:

It's a Sam's Club mail-in-rebate and should be sent to the Sam's Club fulfillment center in Mascoutah, IL. I also haven't found any information in the B&M rebate flyer (or on the rebate forms) which states that the Sam's Club rebate cannot be combined with the MS rebate. BTW only the MS rebate requires the UPC code as a proof of purchase.

I got that info from the product page at the Sams club website. The online rebate form doesn't mention this. I quote this below

It may be just a general disclamer they put in there for all their rebates or it may be they have something worked out with MS. Either way I'm just guessing.
