MS Digital Imaging 9 Suite rebates

Thsi is my first post...here goes:

Costco has the Microsoft digital imaging Suite 9 for $110 with $40 rebate.

There are $60 in rebates here Link. One $30 rebate requires proof of purchase of a competing product and one requires you that you have bought or will buy any digital camera in the last or coming 30 days!

So for me the package costs.....$110-$40-$30-$30 or $10!

Better to get it from microcenter for 54.99+shipping ~ 6.00 - 60 rebate if you purchased a digital camera within 30 day and own an upgrade product. $.99 not bad for a buck. Of course if you have a local microcenter you could do even better.
