MS Access 2000 Help, please

My receptionist has an .mdb file that gets updated monthly (I have no clue why it's not archived each month before she wipes out the old information for the new month - novel idea), and has wiped out the March information before printing it. She's sure that in the past when this has happened, someone's been able to use a utility within Access to retrieve the old information.

I know Access about as well as I know Hebrew. It's a fault, I know.

Can anyone direct me to this utility ASAP? There're thousands of dollars wrapped up into this one file.
