MS-6340M V5.0, anyone have the manual in PDF format from the CD?

yes, i already tried the d/l at MSI's page...but when you open it, even all the winrar menu options are garbled. opening the pdf, most of the images are compltely blacked out (jumper settings, etc)...anyone else get the same thing from MSI's site?

if anyone has the cd that came with it, could you possibly email or post somewhere?

I checked out the file and it looks ok here. In the garbled WinRar box, I clicked the button on the left at the bottom, which extracted the file. Using Adobe Reader v5, everything looks normal......

P.S. -- Are you going to run Linux on this board?

actually, yes...this box is to serve as a mp3 box for my rio reciever and my network @ my house (i want to keep them off my main rig)

hmm....i think i'll d/l it tomorrow to work, burn it to cd and see what the hell happens...

i think the board is going to have to be RMA'd anyway ;o(

BTW, I bought the retail boxed version of the MS-6340M v5.0 to build a computer for my parents and there are no manuals on the MSI CD at all. I could scan some pages of the printed manual and email them to you, if needed. What information are you looking for?
