Is there a performance "hit" when using all three DIMM slots on this particular motherboard?

I have the Rev 3.0 board, running Bios Ver 2.9 with (3) Crucial 128MB PC133 CL2 DIMMS.

I have all 3 slots full of Kingston 256mb ECC sticks here and there wasn't a performance hit at all when I added the 2nd and then finally the 3rd one.
