I'm listening to the radio on my way to work today and they say that there's a new way your cellphone might harm you. Its called MRSA. So you get it on your hands and then touch your cell phone and then it goes into your mouth. BUT YOUR CELL PHONE CAN KILL YOU!!!

so, what, the bacteria only lives on cell phones? you couldn't transfer it from your hands directly to your mouth? you couldn't get it from a fork or anything else?

why are they always trying to scare people like that or over-sensationalize stuff?

Its a heavy duty form of staph, and staph lives everywhere not just on phones.
