We have a couple of pictures she took while up there, but no pics of her on it since she had the camera
 
Ned, your story is pretty much identical to how I was when the wife and I camped at Devil's Lake state park (it's in WI, where we live). Only I'm sure the heights and hiking at Devil's Lake pale in comparrison, it's still a very nice view and plenty high for someone like me who gets quite nervous around heights. The wife had no qualms about climbing out on the rocks to get a better view, I was trying not to crap myself just watching her.

I want to go hiking now ... must set up the holidays for this summer.

My girlfriend always shows me up on hikes. I'm too afraid to walk certain narrow ledges and she just walks along like its no big deal.
 
lol you didn't walk out to the end?! You missed the best part! It's really not that bad. I get a bit scared of heights at cliff edges and such, but I had no problem with the trail. Wuss. 😉

The Narrows are very cool. I only waded in maybe .5 mi because my legs were starting to go numb, but I really want to sometime get the proper equipment and go farther.

I still need to get all my Utah pics post-processed...there are so freaking many to go through. I think something like 10 GB.

I think i need to start taking more vacations inside US than going overseas all the time
