Hahaha yeah. But my Spanish has improved greatly. We have no problems communicating anymore and I am planning a solo trip to the Dominican Republic for shits and giggles in a few weeks. It's amazing how much you can learn speaking a language daily for over a year. 🙂

Haven't really started planning anything yet. She still just wears the engagement ring, and I still have the matching wedding ring hidden out of site from her...

She has some loose ends / old debts she wants to clear out before we tie the knot, and I want to get my 2nd mortgage paid off and get my 1st mortgage refinanced .. essentially, we both fix our past mistakes, then we will set the date or hit the courthouse ...

I do look forward to the tax savings .. at my moderate income, and her 0 income, filing joint would save me thousands yearly...
