I am looking for weight loss, so I would like something similar to EAS myoplex lite.
I am wondering what would be the best bang for my buck and still be good for me.
I am thinking that I will use some form of MRP for 2 meals a day, so RTD or packets is fine.
I am not going to try and really put any muscle on, but I will be doing strength training so I am sure I will add on some lean muscle mass.
Budget friendly would be around 1.50 and under per meal.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
