MPH in the UK?

Do they still go by Miles Per Hour in the UK? I though they went KPH but they always go by MPH on Top Gear.

It doesn't matter. Lucas made the speedometers so they can't tell how fast they're going anyways.

When I lived there about 10 years ago, speed and distance were still measured Imperially.

They use miles per hour on signs. IIRC, most distance signs had both miles and kilometers.

Yep.. Speed in MPH and distance in miles.. I don't think i've ever seen a distance marked in both miles and kilometres in anywhere but the main roads inland from the big ferry ports.

I like MPH but prefer shorter distances to be in Meters as oppose to YARDS 😛
