Mpeg movie editor

i need to add an image over parts of a mpeg i have but don't know what program to use. im not looking to do anything fancy, just add a sort of watermark.

watermark? im sure adobe premiere does it.

VirtualDub can do it, IIRC. It also has the advantage of being free. 🙂

im not too much of a fan of adobe but the virtualdub program looks like it will work.
