Mpeg Editing

What I need to do is cut a small part off of 2 mpeg's & Than Combine 3 to 1 file & than I Can Hendle the Rest... I have Tried Adobe Premier & MyFlix, But I Cant Figure out how to Do the Combineing Part... Any Sudgestions?????
 
THat is For Encoding..... I Need 1 for editing in theis Case.... But Its a Welcome addition anyway & I Will Use it in the Future for encoding assumeing it works as well as it looks...
 
no, kami is right.. you can use tmpgenc for editing.

Actually I Had ALready Opened it & Tooled Around in it a Bit, & Even if It Couldnt Do what I Wanted to as I Said it would still get used on my system...
 
TMPEng Did The Job Perfectly..... I Was Able To Combine 3 Mpg's of Size 703, 400, 598 to a Single 1.66 GB Video Than Break it Back Down to 3 Parts of about 567mb to Now Burn to VCD.... Thanks For the Help People....
