mp3 program that can speed up songs?

is there a mp3 application out there that can speed up the sound of an mp3 audio (increase the bpm)?

Sonique (version 2 pre-alpha certainly, maybe version 1) speeds sogs up without changing pitch, so your songs won't sound like a Chipmunks recording. Try it out ...

See if CoolEdit does it. That was a highly regarded WAV (possibly mp3 too) editor.

I recommend SlowGold... it slows down music (converts mp3s-> wav) and it also increases speed as well... it was made for slowing down music so you can learn it (guitar) but it speeds stuff up too.
