MP3 Player question

I've been looking at getting an MP3 player. I was looking at the iPod Nano 4gb but they are extreamly hard to find, so I start looking at the iRiver and for a little more I get more space and a FM tuner. I know with the right CD player in my car I can hook an iPod up to it so I was wondering if the iRiver can as well? Any info at all on thie player would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yep, very good. I have one... it has a bit of a lag when going through songs, but it makes up with superior sound quality. Its interface is also a bit clumsy... so it depends on what you want.

Oh, and whatever you do, don't use the free earphones, they suck.

I would suggest that you hold off and try getting a nano. The iRiver lacks a great interface which makes it impossible to truly have a great mp3 player. Nonetheless the Ipod is overated and falls victim to low battery life and is also susceptible to screen breakage. However, with proper care you will be able to transcend into MP3 heaven without anything holding you back!!!

Thanks for the feedback guys. I guess i'll hold off for the nano, I don't really need 20gb anyway, i don't even have that many on my computer. I'll drop the extra $50 for the 4gb as well and pick up a case for it. Any more suggestions please send them my way.
