MP3 Help!

I bought realjukebox last year and made a few MP3, this year, i got the wife the rio 500 mp3 player and stuff but all the mp3 i made doesnt play on her player....

I downloaded a few to test and they work, I try Roxio's mp3 creator and that worked so it some stoopid setting i'm doing in the jukebox, I dont have it secure so it's mp3, but still doesn't work..

I tried higher/lower rates, shorten names, etc,etc... doesn't work.. I'm gonna nuke the computer tonight and see if I can reinstall it to get it to work but everything seem to work except the realjukebox..

any good mp3 ripper that downloads the track info from the web like jukebox ?

How about the one from Musicmatch? I think it supports CDDB. It's like Real Jukebox.

I think this is some problems with ID3 or VBR of RealJukebox.
You can get the Exact Audio Copy (www.exactaudiocopy.de). It's free and suport ID3 v1.1 and v2.4, and CDDB. It's the best ripper (in quality, not in speed).
You must to download LAME enconder too (http://dkutsanov.chat.ru/lame3.88beta.zip .exe and .dll) and extract in EAC directory.
Use 128kbps at least for your MP3s.

BTW i'm not a mp3 fan and stuff so I dont know much but my office has a dedicated mp3 server, over 160 gbs online.... plus we trade with MSDW & CSFB traders and they got over 500 gbs of mp3...
