MP3 Hdd Player

I am planning to buy a mp3 player in the near future and i have been looking at some Hdd mp3 players. I was looking at the Iriver h10 20gb and i was wondering if it can store other files besides music,jpeg,text.
Becuse i know some of the creative mp3 players have a removable hard disk mode that allows them to Store and transfer not only music, but other important files, and i belive some of the Ipods can do this too.
If the h10 cant do this what are some other mp3 players that can do what i am looking for that are auround 170 or less and a at least 5gb or space?
 
All iPods can AFAIK, and I'm 99% sure iRivers can, too. In fact, I think all mp3 players can hold other files.
 
My Creative Zen Vision does it all - 30 GB - Compact Flash input slot, MP3's slide shows, videos, movies, etc.
 
Most MP3 players can hold external files; however, it's not always easy to do. I know that the Creative Zen Sleek needs to go into removable disk mode to hold files. you can also only select from certain partition sizes. other than that it's not terribly difficult.
