MP3 file splitter needed...

I just need a simple (preferably free also) program to split an mp3 file so I can fit it onto a couple of CDs. Any suggestions?

To transfer or to play as multiple CDs?

If you just want to transfer it to another machine, archive it with winRAR and it should break it up into multiple files.

If you want to break it up so it fits on 3 CDs, windows sound recorder might be able to do the job (albeit annoyingly) but I don't know any freeware apps that will do it.
