I've searched and searched and can't find a thread that was going on awhile ago about a place that had cheap mp3 downloads and if you uploaded music they didn't have you got credits for it?

A link would be appreciated!

Is it true they offer an option for uploading mp3s ??? Then its a given they CANT be legal and everyone being on there and paying for songs is an idiot..... either you do it all the legal way...or you continue d/l 'illegal' mp3s but then for free. D/ling illegal songs and paying for it is the utter most moronic thing i read in a long time...

And even that is only if you believe their claim to have an unlimited fixed-price duplication license, as opposed to just paying off the authorities to leave them alone.
