Mp3/CD Player or just Mp3 Player?

I just finished my purchase for a RioVolt SP100 CD Player but I'm wondering if I made a mistake. Should I wait around and hope to pick up one of the refurbished Nomad II C's lying around or is the RioVolt SP100 a good player? I've read that after all the firmware updates the player has gotten a lot better.

my price limit is about 110$, which is good enough to get a Nomad II C right now w/32 or 64 meg card. But that wont include a car kit or any of those other things, then again I plan to use this to excersize often and it would probably be more convient to get the nomad.
 
I personally prefer a Nomac IIc with 256+ MB SD card. I got that for my sister and she refuses to use any other portable music device. 🙂
