have a motherboard pulled from a proprietary system, onboard video and sound and its flat, all connectors in a row.. so it wouldnt fit a standard AT case, but I have the perfect metal enclosure i found in the garbage, its 1" high (will dremel air hole for hs/fan)

it supports up to p133 and i wont have any cards on it since its onboard vid and sb16.. but when I slide the board into the "sleeve" case, there is only room next to it for an AT power supply that is 2.5" wide and 1" tall.

so where could i find such a mini power supply ?

on a related note... what would be the minimum recommeded wattage to run this AT p133 and a 5400 rpm hard drive? and maybe a serial or whatever IR receiver unit. (no kb/mouse/vid)

Will a p133 even be enough to play the mp3s? My 233mmx laptop lags when playing 192kbit mp3's if I tap the mouse.

Sorry, but I have no idea about the power supply.

Good luck and post pictures!

man a 486 100mhz will decode mp3's a p133 is more than enough, it will be running DOS, using Mpxplay http://www.geocities.com/mpxplay/

I just need a way to power it.. it will have a few gb's hard drive that mp3s will be played from there. its more than ample cpu power
