Firebird .6 on this 1 GHz P3 is fast. Mozilla was a bit slow, thats why I made the switch.

it loads about as fast as IE for me. page loads take less time.

Firebird .6 doen't process SSL corectly for me, so I can't do online banking with it. :(

Using firebird now, forum pages load MUCH quicker than both IE and Mozilla 1.4.

I use Mozilla 1.4 RC1 at home.
Time to upgrade when got home :)

Firebird is basically Mozilla with a bunch of excess crap removed. The application loads way faster than Mozilla. That's the best part IMO.

i think mozilla is going to start using firebird for the main browser component and move away from a suite application with the 1.5 release

i think mozilla is going to start using firebird for the main browser component and move away from a suite application with the 1.5 release

Last I heard there was not going to be any more Mozilla, only Firebird.
