moving to sata ports 3 and 4

ok so have the official 1.3 bios for an msi neo2 and im going to lock the agp to 67 so i got my pci/agp lock working. after that im gonna move my 2 sata drives to ports 3 and 4 (raptor 74gb and seagate 200gb for storage). is there anything i need to change in the bios in order for my OS to run on my raptor on port 3? especially since im changing ports. thanks
