Moving from Toronto to NYC

If you're working in the financial district, Hoboken would be a great place.

Path train directly into the area. Great bars and restaurants. Lots of young 20-30's people.

Transit in NYC is well done, live somewhere near one of the subway line, maybe even a bus hop and you should be fine.

If you're working in the financial district, Hoboken would be a great place.

The problem with Hoboken is the rent rates: you might as well live in Manhattan.
