I am trying to move my "sent items" folder in outlook 2000 to a backup folder. My mail server at work keeps giving me size limit warnings, so i am trying to back it up to a folder on my local hard drive to get the mail off the server.
With all my other folders (such as inbox), i was able to just "select all" and then choose "move to folder" and move them to my new local folder.
However, with my "sent items" folder, i choose "select all" and then choose "move to folder" and it starts to move the messages but pauses and says "some messages could not be moved, the files may either have been deleted or already moved or not accessible" (or something close to that).
So i assume there's like 1 message somewhere that is causing this issue. Any ideas on how i can get all these moved? Thanks
