Moving a VM To Different Computers

I wanted to move several VM's from a vt-d enabled computer to a non vt-d computer but it still have vt-x. What would be the best way to do this?
 
I had tried that recently on a computer that I didn't know at the time had VT-D disabled. When I did that it gave me an error message that vm would have to be run in long mode I believe it said. Obviously at that point I realized what was wrong but I can't turn it on for the laptop.
